WV Residents May Want To Reconsider Next Trip To Yellowstone Park

Just A Walk In The Park… Or Is It? by, Jack Swint
.
In January of 2009, scientist Christopher C. Sanders sent out an advisory that stated. "I am advising all State officials around Yellowstone National Park for a potential State of Emergency. In the last week over 252 earthquakes have been observed by the USGS. We have a 3D view on the movement of magma rising underground. We have all of the pre warning signs of a major eruption from a super volcano. I want everyone to leave Yellowstone National Park and for 200 miles around the volcano caldera."
.
Is this a man crying wolf, or is he absolutely correct? Most scientists and geologists say Christopher Sanders is not an accredited USGS geologist. But, he is accredited with being the largest natural gas owner/driller in the United States with excellent credentials. According to Sanders, "I am a federal operator with the BLM (bureau of land management) and am the S&P's highest paid consultant for natural gas in the United States for the past three administrations. I also will be continuing my services for the BLM with Obama.
.
No one is more established than I am underground. I feel as though I am the most established geologist as my drilling record speaks for itself and who else is paying attention to the movement? People should know the facts and get moving and aware. It’s also good advice for news and media in the area to monitor all movement for the sake of what is real news." Sanders went on to say. "I am a scientist. We are posting direct facts about what is happening under the ground. I am showing where it is coming from. I want people to know where these facts are coming from our own government, that is the point."
.
Yellowstone National Park is sitting on top of the world's biggest super volcano, and geological experts are beginning to get nervous sweats. This volcano has a pattern of erupting every 600,000 years or so, and according to their stats, we're many years overdue for an explosion that will fill the atmosphere with ash, blocking the sun and plunging the Earth into a frozen winter that could last up to 15,000 years.
.
What The USGS Will Admit
.
Geologist at the Yellowstone Volcanic Observatory don’t deny Sanders data that between December 28, 2008 and January 5, 2009, over 500 earthquakes were identified in the Park. The majority being under the under Yellowstone Lake. In fact, they stated on record, "This earthquake sequence is the most intense in this area for some years. No damage has been reported within Yellowstone National Park, nor would any be expected from earthquakes of this size. The swarm is in a region of historical earthquake activity and is close to areas of Yellowstone famous hydrothermal activity."
.
Careful not to admit the chances of any major eruptions, the USGS went on to say, "Nevertheless, there is some potential for hydrothermal explosions and earthquakes may continue or increase in magnitude." In other words, they either don’t have a clue, or won’t admit there is a potential catastrophe on the rise. In scientific jargon, and the thermal image to the left, here is what we learned is occurring from the ESA satellite images that reveals Yellowstone's deep dark secret.
.
Satellite images acquired by ESA's ERS-2 revealed the recently discovered changes in Yellowstone's caldera are the result of molten rock movement 15 kilometres below the Earth's surface. Using Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry, InSAR for short, Charles Wicks, Wayne Thatcher and other U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) scientists mapped the changes in the northern rim of the caldera, or crater, and discovered it had risen about 13 centimetres from 1997 to 2003.
.
Ironically, Physicists at the University of Berkeley have been crunching their own facts and numbers too. They've determined that the Earth is well overdue for a major catastrophic event. Even worse, they're claiming the calculations prove that we're all going to die, very soon. While in the same breath, they are saying their prediction comes with a certainty of 99 percent.
.
Geological Changes In Yellowstone Over The Past Years
.
In 2003, data from the Norris Geyser at Yellowstone showed that the land in the area is raising over time. Norris Basin itself has raised 5 inches, and the entire Caldera has raised 35 inches since 1923. It is also known that one end of Yellowstone Lake is now 100 feet higher than it used to be and flooding the land at the other end and killing the trees. Other trees in various parts of the park are dying because their roots are cooking from the heat under the ground. In 2004, Five Bison fell over dead from inhaling toxic gases coming out of the holes in the ground.
.
Water is now boiling along the trails. Some people have fallen into this water and been severely injured. Some paths are now closed. Reportedly, park officials have a contingency plan in place in case of any type of impending volcanic eruption. In May 2009, Yellowstone geologist Hank Heasler was lecturing a group of colleagues in Biscuit Basin on the extreme rarity of hydrothermal explosions. Without any warning, one went Boom! And it wasn’t supposed to.
.
A hot pool behind him exploded, spewing mud, rocks and hot water 50 feet in the air. The group was barely out of its deadly reach. Geologists know of only a handful of such unpredictable explosions in Yellowstone's recorded history. A hydrothermal explosion is similar to a geyser's eruption except that it blows the lid out. It is so violent it breaks the surrounding rocks out with it.
.
Tourists Instructions While Visiting Yellowstone Park
.
Rangers only warn tourists to, "keep your distance from bison and steaming geysers." Aside from nature’s increasing number of bubbling mud pots and geysers, visitors don’t comprehend that they are actually strolling through the caldera of one of the largest active volcanoes in the world. Something else officials are not telling visitors, if you’re inside the park, and a low scale hydrothermal blast occurs, it will scald every tourist strolling along boardwalks. Not a good marketing advertisement for the millions of people who visit the park each year.
.
Robert Smith, a geophysicist at the University of Utah who has spent his career piecing together the story of the Yellowstone Volcano. "It’s not a bison park. Not an elk park. It’s a geologic park." Smith goes on to say, "People don’t consider Yellowstone as a volcano since it doesn’t resemble the cone shape mountain with visual effects like Mt. St Helens. Don’t be fooled by its serene views, spectacular geysers and exotic animals grazing in the fields." This National Park is the most destructive force of nature known to man.
.
.
The majority of tourists strolling through Yellowstone don’t ever realize they are walking inside the mouth of what scientist and geologists call… "The Beast." New sensors have allowed researchers to confirm a suspicion that Smith has held for a long time, that the ancient volcano is a living force. The instruments record a continuing pattern of heaving and bulging and act as an early warning system.
..
Yellowstone Verses Mt. St Helens
.
If and when an eruption occurs that is any larger than Mt. St. Helens, you will need at least a year's worth of supplies because no food can be grown, farm lands would be useless, temperatures would drop by as much as 15 degrees. Within 3 months, clouds will cover the entire world. Millions of people will die, most within the surrounding 100 miles. Fewer people will die from inhalation of ash as it spreads mostly east and south from the caldera in widening circles around the area. Volcanic ash entering your lungs will have the same effect of water and dry cement being mixed together. Concrete!
.
A Super Volcanic Eruption
.
The 1991 explosion of Mount Pinatubo in the Philippines was the largest eruption in recent memory, and its effects on the atmosphere are still being measured. The 1883 eruption of Indonesia’s Krakatoa led to a global cooling and the deadly winter of 1886-87 that wiped out the short-lived open-range cattle bonanza of Montana Territory.
.
In 2000, Ken Wohletz, a scientist at Los Alamos National Laboratory, postulated that an even bigger eruption then Krakatoa erupted in 6th century A.D. It may have sent a tall plume of vaporized seawater into the atmosphere, causing the formation of stratospheric ice clouds with superfine hydro volcanic ash. This literally cast a pall over much of the world at the beginning of what became known as the Dark Ages, and all but wiped out the human race.
.
Prophecy Or Paranoia
.
According to Christians, at the end of days, "Fire will fall from the sky and the mountains will fall down. Rivers of fire will flow on the earth and death will be present everywhere. One third of all crops will die, the sky will turn dark and the moon as blood." According to Scientists and Geologists, " When the Yellowstone super volcano erupts, it will be a cataclysmic event. Magma will immediately be flung 50 kilometres into the atmosphere.

Within a thousand kilometres, falling ash, lava flows and the sheer explosive force of the eruption will kill virtually all life in that arena. Volcanic ash will quickly coat places as far away as Iowa and the Gulf of Mexico. One thousand cubic kilometres of lava will pour out of the volcano, enough to possibly coat the whole USA with a layer 5 inches thick." It will be the loudest noise ever heard by man. Within minutes of the eruption, tens of thousands are dead. Within weeks, the entire earth will become dark from the ash…. And then, it gets worse.
.
The True Signal When An Eruption Is Coming.
.
"Harmonic Tremor’s" describes continuous rhythmic earthquakes that can be detected by seismographs. Harmonic tremors often precede or accompany volcanic eruptions.
.
It should be noted that all the recent escalations of earthquakes at Yellowstone have been increasing and concentrated in one area, which happens to be above the magma chamber. These harmonic tremors that scientists have picked up, are a low-level constant rumbling, which usually indicates magma movement. Anyone can track the daily seismographs of each of Yellowstone’s volcanic basin activity. (a link is below)
.
It is most likely that the seismic activity is due to volcanic activity. To some, it is almost certain that some sort of eruption will occur. The only question remaining is how big it will be.
